ReZincAlCu+
The ReZincAlCu+ product with a yield after metallurgical processing of min. 80-84% and purity min. 99% made entirely from secondary materials, i.e. 100% recycled. The high purity of the product will enable steelworks and foundries to use it instead of pure alloys from primary materials, which will reduce production costs. On the market, valuable ZnAl is obtained from pure alloys or post-production scrap (production waste with a specific composition). "ReZincAlCu+" is a new ZnAl, unique on the market, with contamination with above-standard metals in its chemical composition of up to 0.37%, while post-depreciation ZnAl available on the domestic and global market has an average contamination of 13.88%.
Chemical composition

Cu+ -copper 1.124%
Others: Sn - tin, Pb-lead, Fe - iron, Mg - magnesium, Ni - nickel, Si- silicon - total up to 0.37%
European Fund
ANPOL Marek Ponikiewski is implementing the project as part of:
Actions: 3.2. Innovations in SMEs of the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund).
Project title: Introduction of innovative solutions in the field of obtaining metals from secondary market products as a chance to achieve a competitive advantage.
The aim of the project is to implement an innovative process for recovering metals from post-depreciation scrap and to introduce an innovative product to the market: ReZincAlCu+ scrap with a yield after metallurgical processing of min. 80-84% and purity min. 99%.
To achieve the above-mentioned goal, it is necessary to purchase modern devices:
- spectrometer – 1 pc.
- lines for obtaining ferrous and non-ferrous metals from secondary market products - 1 pc.
- container transformer station - 1 pc.
The investment will contribute to the increase of the company's competitive position on the domestic and foreign markets.
