ABOUT COMPANY
The company started its operations in 2008 based on the decision of the Silesian Voivodeship No.: ŚR/I/66200/82/1/08. Pursuant to this decision, it was entered under number 73 on the list of vehicle disassembly stations operating in the Silesian Voivodeship. According to the new regulations, it was also entered into the BDO register of entrepreneurs under the number 000018959.
Taking into account the good of the surrounding environment, in 2010 we expanded our activities in the field of recovery of used oil filters and recovery of gas tanks installed in LPG-powered vehicles.
We scrap not only passenger cars, but also trucks, delivery vans, motorcycles, tractors and other agricultural vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, but also forklifts.
We are equipped with a tow truck, which is used to transport vehicles that, due to their condition, e.g. post-accident vehicles, can no longer travel on our roads, or due to their technical condition, it is better not to travel on our roads.
We provide car scrapping services on the local market, i.e. in Bielsko-Biała, Jaworze, Rybarzowice, Żywiec, Cieszyn, Ustroń, Radostowice, Pszczyna, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Buczkowice, Meszna, Wisła, Skoczów, Goleszów, Dębowiec, Brenna, Szczyrk , Kozy, Kęty Pisarzowice, Bestwina, Wilamowice, Goczalkowice, Strumień, Chybie, Zwardoń and others.
All vehicles are subjected to the recycling process, i.e. body elements are checked first, and mechanical components are suitable for secondary use. If the mechanical elements pass our tests, they are removed and reused. However, before we remove any element from a scrapped vehicle, the vehicle is dried. The drying process involves draining operating fluids - oil, brake fluid, coolant, windshield washer fluid - using devices specially designed for this process.

CAR SCRAP
The main activity of Anpol auto scrap is scrapping vehicles.
We have obtained the necessary permits to provide our services with the appropriate level and so that our customers do not have to worry whether the vehicle they gave was actually scrapped by the right entity.
At our vehicle dismantling station, we dismantle worn-out, corroded, post-accident and even completely burned vehicles.
When dismantling vehicles donated to us, we make sure that the environmentally hazardous waste contained in them does not penetrate the vehicle and destroy the surrounding nature.
We pick up vehicles that cannot reach us with our own transport.
We pay for every scrapped vehicle. Current price: PLN 900 per tonne of a complete vehicle if it comes to us on its own, if transport with our tow truck is needed, this price is subject to change. In some cases, individual vehicle valuation is possible.
CAR COLLECTION PATH
We provide a CAR COLLECTION PATH for entrepreneurs importing vehicles from the European Union as well as from outside the EU.
In accordance with the amendment to the Vehicle Recycling Act, as of January 1, 2016, the recycling fee is abolished. Instead, entrepreneurs importing vehicles are obliged to provide a vehicle collection network.
If the entrepreneur is unable to provide a vehicle collection network on his own, the person introducing the vehicle is obliged to conclude an agreement with entrepreneurs running vehicle dismantling stations located in various towns.
The act provides for high penalties for the lack of a vehicle collection network, up to PLN 20,000 per year.
We cordially invite anyone interested in cooperation.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that in order to meet the needs of those interested, in cooperation with friendly vehicle disassembly stations, at our company's headquarters you will complete all necessary formalities, i.e. you will sign contracts with three entrepreneurs running vehicle disassembly stations.
Remember that by signing contracts only with legally operating vehicle dismantling stations, you will avoid penalties for failure to provide a vehicle collection network.
HOW TO SCRAP YOUR CAR
The vehicle that comes for scrapping should be complete.
The elements that should be in a car are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Construction of March 24, 2006. regarding the list of essential components of a complete vehicle.
Pursuant to the above-mentioned regulation, in order for a vehicle to be considered complete, it must contain the following elements:
-
armchairs,
-
battery,
-
road wheels (including spare wheel),
-
front and rear suspension,
-
drive axle(s)*,
-
transmission,
-
engine,
-
brake system,
-
steering system,
-
exhaust system (catalytic converters, catalytic converter*),
-
fuel supply system from the fuel tank,
-
air conditioning system*,
-
cooling system with radiator*,
-
electronic components controlled by systems*,
-
gas-powered installation**,
-
airbags*,
* - Elements found in vehicles, in cases provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
**- If installed in the vehicle.
We do not expect a functional car, but a complete one.
The vehicle prepared in this way enters the scale and the vehicle's identification features are checked, i.e. compliance of the VIN number field with the registration certificate. If the number field is illegible/corroded, check the rating plate, which also contains the vehicle's VIN number.
License plates are then checked. If the vehicle can be identified, we then check whether the person who delivered the vehicle is authorized to scrap the vehicle, i.e. whether he is the owner listed on the ID card or on the sales contract if the vehicle has not been re-registered. If all these data match and the identity of the owner or the person authorized by him has been confirmed, we can proceed to issuing a certificate of disassembly of the vehicle, which is necessary to deregister the vehicle in the transport department.
When the owner of the vehicle is deceased:
a court decision confirming the acquisition of inheritance or an inheritance certificate drawn up by a notary must be provided.
If there are several heirs in the above documents, it means that all of them must agree to scrap the vehicle previously belonging to the testator. This can be done by authorizing one of the heirs, or by visiting the premises of our car scrap yard together when signing a certificate of disassembly of the vehicle.
If the car is covered by a bank lien:
you must provide documents proving repayment of the debt. For this purpose, it is best to obtain the necessary certificate from the bank.
If the registration certificate was taken by a Police Officer, e.g. as a result of an accident:
a certificate from the Transport Department competent for the place of registration of the vehicle must be provided - a certificate with confirmed data entered in the registration certificate. In many cases, it is a photocopy of the registration certificate confirmed with an official stamp. It is necessary to check whether the photocopy is legible.
If the registration certificate has been destroyed, is illegible or has been lost:
also in this case, it is necessary to obtain a certificate from the Transport Department competent for the place of registration of the vehicle confirming the data entered in the registration certificate.
If the car was imported from abroad and was not registered in Poland:
in this case, you must present documents such as those for vehicle registration along with a translation, proof of payment of excise duty and recycling fee
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
When scrapping the vehicle, the identity of the person scrapping the car, or the person authorized to scrap it, is checked.
We check the data contained in the registration certificate and vehicle card against the ID card of the vehicle owner. We check whether the vehicle identification number entered in the registration certificate coincides with the number field stamped on the vehicle body.
To check all this data, the person scrapping the vehicle must take with him:
ID card, driving license or other document confirming identity with a photo, registered address and PESEL number of the vehicle owner;
Registration certificate, in the absence of a registration certificate, a certificate confirming the data from the ID, or if it was stopped by the police, a photocopy of the ID, confirmed by the competent communications department;
If a co-owner is listed in the registration certificate, it is best for both co-owners to appear at our scrapyard during the scrapping process. If this is impossible for some reason, the co-owner may authorize the other to scrap the vehicle; you must also have this person's ID card with you or a photocopy of the ID. The appropriate authorization can be found in the "DOCUMENTS" section;
If the vehicle is registered in the name of a company, please attach the National Court Register (KRS) or a certificate of entry in the business register and an authorization for the company representative to scrap the vehicle.
If the vehicle has not been re-registered, you must present a sales contract or other document confirming ownership of the vehicle. It is important that the attached sales contracts prove continuity between the person on the registration certificate and the last owner.
